Modu online store is specially setup for the comfort and convenience of our esteemed customers. You will still be able to enjoy the same level of good customer service you have always experienced coming to our brick and mortar stores.

Delivery Information

We deliver 6 days a week. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday (8am – 6pm). Depending on location, orders are delivered between 1 -6 days. We will always communicate to let you the processing stage your order is at until it is delivered.

Our delivery methods

There are basically two methods through which your order can be safely delivered to you. You will have the opportunity to choose which method is more convenient for you.

  • Direct delivery: We are equipped with logistics capability to deliver all locations in Ogun State, we will let you know as soon as we extend our coverage to other locations outside of Ogun State. Once your order is processed and ready to be delivered, we will give you a call to ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive your order. Please help us to avoid “no show” at your delivery address, additional delivery charges may be required if you would still want your order delivered after a failed attempt. We will only make maximum of two attempts (even when you pay additional delivery charges) after which your order will have to be cancelled. Direct delivery attracts charges.
  • Pick up at the Store: This is for customers who live in towns and cities where our brick-and-mortar stores are located and are willingly ready to pick up at the mall to save time. Item ordered for should be picked up in store within 5 days otherwise, it will be cancelled.

Delivery fee is charged for item processing, packaging, transport and handling.

Our delivery catchment area include: Abeokuta and its environs, Sagamu and its environs,

Other cities: Ikeja, Ibadan, Akure, Ife, Ota, Ijebu, Ogijo, Ikorodu, Ifo, Alagbado, Iyana Ipaja.

Delivery time is dependent on when the order is placed.

Orders placement is done before 12pm, placement of order done after 12pm attracts an extra day.

 

Delivery fee shall be paid along with order payment.
