Order Management Process
MODU ONLINE ORDER MANAGEMENT PROCESS
We would like to intimate our esteemed customers and visitors to our online store of what to expect when they place an order.
1. Placing an Order.
You may initiate an order on our website (www.modu-shopping-mall.myshopify.com), through telephone call, or WhatsApp message (07042991443).
2. Order Processing.
As soon as we receive your order, we will verify your order, shipping address, and confirm your payment. We may need to put a call through to you during this process, please ensure you leave the correct phone number to avoid delays in processing your order. At this stage the status of your order will change to “Your order is being processed”
3. Order Confirmation.
Once we have been able to verify your order: that the products are confirmed to be available, payment has been confirmed and received, and your delivery address has been verified and confirmed, your order will move to the state of “Order is confirmed”.
4. Order Shipping.
Order shipping means the logistics arrangements are being made to deliver your order. If you prefer to pick up your order, it means your order is being packaged to be delivered to your pickup location. At this state the status of the order will change to “Order is being shipped”.
5. Order on the way or ready for pickup.
This means your order has left our local store and is on the way to your delivery address or your order is ready for pickup at your pickup location. Please ensure you are available to receive your order. The status of your order will now read “Order on the way or ready for pickup”.
6. Order Delivered.
Proof of delivery will be required, and this may be a signed delivery note or an electronic delivery confirmation by the receiver. At this stage the status of your order shall move to “Order has been delivered”.
