Cashier
Attends to customers and checks out goods at the point
of sale
Warehouse Associate
Receives and manages goods and products, packages and sends orders to customers, maintains stock organization and tracks all products in the warehouse.
Logistics Assistant
Drives trucks and vehicles, responsible for order delivery, purchases pickup, and moving personnel from place to place.
Floor Assistant
Assists in moving, sorting and shelving goods, shelves arrangement and cleaning, and other floor activities.
Customer Care Representative
Manages online or phone-based customer comments, questions and concerns, resolves issues with customers and document customerinteractions.
Sales Associate
Assists customers as they look for products both in-store and online, keeps the store organized, ensures the shelves are well-stocked and occasionally helps check out customers.
Department Manager
Oversees a particular department, recruits and maintains departmental staff, aligns departmental tasks with company goals and manages the department's budget.
Assistant Store Manager
Maintains the employee work schedule, handles day-to-day store oversight, manage customer concerns and assists the store manager as needed.
Inventory Control Specialist
Maintains inventory, tracks all products, conducts inventory physical count, creates and implements procedures to manage flow of inventory, protect inventory from damages, and inspects all incoming products for quality assurance.
Store Accountant
Keeps and maintains account books, processes sales, purchases, and expenses, manages cashflow, prepares and manages company budgets, prepares and submits management and financial statements.
Floor Manager
Oversees the floor staff, works with the store manager as needed, provides staff training and assists customers with questions, comments or concerns, provides immediate solutions to day-to-day challenges on the floor.
Inventory Associate
Keeps records of inventory flow, follows up on inventory orders and takes receipt of inventory.
Store Manager
Oversees long-term store goals, manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the store, reviews sales trends and implements store procedures and company policies.
Supply Chain Manager
Sources and purchases products for the store, ensures the prices are reasonable, builds relationships with vendors, manages reverse logistics and conduct research on purchase trends.
Facility Manager
Manages physical assets such as building and premises, lighting and air-conditioning, floor tools and equipment, ensuring the entire facility is in good shape.
